Who started this site and why?
Joe Sokolic started this site in Cape Town South Africa. The idea is to offer a functional dating website that is not boring and has many elements of fun to it.

How do I get my picture onto the site?
You can upload a picture directly from your computer. Do not send us photos via email asking us to post it on the site for you.

When I try to submit a picture, I get a "Page not found" or "Server not found" error. Why?
This probably means that your picture is taking too long to upload. Your file might be too big. You should make your file smaller.

Why was my picture rejected?
We reserve the right to reject or take down pictures we deem to be unacceptable to the general public. Remember this site is open to people from all walks of life.

When I log in and don't do anything for a while, the system asks me to log in again! Why?
To keep things secure your account will time out if you are not active for a period of one hour. Simply log in again.

Why can't I put my email address or website URL on my picture?
Unscrupulous porn sites sometimes use sites like ours in the hope of roping in unsuspecting users onto their SPAM email lists. You wouldn't want that, would you? Neither would we.

My friend put his/her picture on the site. Is there any way I can find it without looking through pictures randomly?
No, but you can always do a name search for their profile in the dating area. You can also narrow down the chances of seeing their image in the ratings section by selecting the correct age and location for your friend.

I lost my username/password. Can you help?
Click the link for ‘forgot your password?’ this will send an email to your original email address you used to sign up with, containing a new password. The new password will be randomly generated but you can change it to something a little easier to remember from your ‘MY ACOUNT’ page.

Can I get contact info for someone I saw on the site? Can you help me in any way to get in touch with someone?
No, under no circumstances will we ever give out somebody's email address. You may join the dating service and establish contact with them that way.

What do I do if a picture I found is inappropriate (celebrity, porn, etc.)
Use the link below the offending picture to report it to our administrators.

Can I take my picture or profile off the system?
Yes, once you are logged in, you can take yourself out of the photo rating pool by going to the "MY PROFILE" section and selecting the Image upload/download option. Remove your picture there. To remove or suspend your profile do so in the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ administration area.

This site is great. How did you come up with the idea?
We borrowed a little here and thought of some news things there, as there are some really good sites out there that do just this, but not all in one place. We thought it would be a good idea to marry certain ideas together and see what happened!

Log in and go to the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ menu. You can change it there.

How do I get general help in each area?
Hold you mouse over the arrow next to the area or button you need help on. A popup window will appear with help inside it.

Can I only look at people in my area?
Yes, in both the dating and ratings area you have options to refine your search by location.

Why am I not receiving the confirmation email to start using my account?
Make sure your email program doesn't have any sort of email filtering set up. If it does make sure to check your trash can or area where your filtered email is stored.

Try copying and pasting the link into your browser address bar and hitting enter.

How are flirts and messages sent?
By e-mail. We also include a link to the sender's picture/profile, so the recipient has the option of looking at who is sending them mail. All email done from our site is done on the site, other than the notification email sent to your registered email account.

Does joining the dating area of the site mean my picture will be automatically put up for rating on the ratings pages?
No. You have the option of adding or deleting your images in ‘MY PROFILE’, ‘IMAGES UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD’. Likewise if you join from the Image rating areas you do not have a full profile until you fill in the questions at your own leisure.

When does my picture become inactive on the ratings page?
This will happen only when you decide to remove the image yourself or suspend or delete your profile.

When my picture becomes inactive on the rating page, do I become inactive in the dating site too?
No. The rating section and the dating section are separate. Only if you suspend or delete your profile will the whole lot be taken down.

Can I find my own picture/profile when I look for it?
You can see your dating profile from your ‘MY PROFILE’ menu, however you will not be able to see or rate your own picture in the ratings area.

How do I take myself OUT of the dating system?
Click on "MY ACCOUNT" under ‘MY PAGE’, there is an option there to suspend or delete your profile.

Can I be a member of only the image rating area?
No. Your account is a dual signup, however you are in no way obligated to answer any of the dating questions.

How do I change my introduction, location, age, or orientation?
Login and click on ‘MY PROFILE’ and edit the relevant information there.

Why can't I put contact information in my picture/profile?
Doing this enables adult website operators to use the meeting site as an advertising ground. This would decrease the chance for real matches to be made and we actively discourage porn sites using our systems.

Does the Dating site cost money?
The site is free in all manners except for actually establishing contact via a written email with someone. This cost is subscription based and will allow you to contact anyone on the site.
